Guest guest Posted November 15, 2004 Report Share Posted November 15, 2004 Ok, here's the thing: For our shift at work, we hold monthly Pot Lucks, and there are two vegetarians on the shift (me and a guy downstairs), so someone always makes a dish for us (isn't that cool?). Sooo...this time around it's our department's turn to do the pot luck, and I was wondering if anyone had a good veggie potluck recipie. Spicy is preferable because, well, I like to put something new out for them all to try, but not too spicy as a lot of people are spice lightweights *grin*. I was thinking of doing a veggie " stuffing " in honor of turkey day, but I don't remember if we had any recipies for that come up yet.
