Not a lot of people voted in the Poll on How Long Have You Been A

Vegetarian? which closed over the weekend - and these things don't really

matter anyway, of course - but I thought the statistics were interesting.

 

34 people voted (dunno who - I like to make Polls anonymous to protect the

innocent ;=)). Of those 34, there were 7 who said they were not veggie yet but

were trying. Thanks for voting - it helps to know, because although these

numbers are statistically insignificant (as the bean counters like to say), it

means just over 20 per cent of those who voted, at least, who are non-

veggies. (And I said sixth-grade arithmetic would never come in handy!)

 

Of the remaining 27 voters, all vegetarians, 19 (that's 19 - nineteeeeeen!)

have been veggies for more than ten years!

 

That's remarkable really. I'd have though there would have been far more in

the first couple of categories - but hey, I'm wrong about stuff like this all

the

time LOL What do you think? (No no, not about my being wrong and all that

stuff, I don't wanna know - I mean about how the poll turned out?).

 

Just wondering. I'm doing that a lot lately . . . .
