Guest guest Posted November 19, 2004 Report Share Posted November 19, 2004 14 ounces cauliflower 1 ounce butter 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. oil 1/2 tsp. Ground Turmeric Root 1/2 tsp. Ground Coriander 1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin Seed 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp. soft brown sugar 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. plain yogurt Cut cauliflower into small florets. Heat butter and oil in wok or frying pan. Add next 4 ingredients. Cook 1-2 minutes. Stir in brown sugar and cauliflower. Cook over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes, or until just tender. Serve with yogurt.
