Earth Balance margarine 1/4 cup organic popcorn 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. jalapeño powder 3/4 tsp. ground coriander pinch cayenne Mix oil and margarine in a 2-qt. sauce pan. Heat on medium high heat until margarine melts. Add spices, then add the popcorn. Swirl pan to even out popcorn on bottom of pan. Cover.
