My oversimplified version of tasty tater is to nuke an Idaho potato

(skin on, but poked in a few places with a fork) in a microwave for

about 5 minutes (more if large). Cut open, mash a little, sprinkle

Tabasco* and enjoy! (Keep adding Tabasco as needed.)

 

*or any hot pepper sauce
