Guest guest Posted November 30, 2004 Report Share Posted November 30, 2004 Spiced Praline Pecans 2 Cups Pecan Halves 2T Butter 2T Dark Brown Sugar 2T Maple Syrup 1/2t *Smoked Habanero Powder 1/4t *Ancho Chile Powder 1/4t Rosemary Preheat over at 350. Spray baking pan with non-stick spray or use Crisco. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Stir in all ingredients except Pecans. Cook until bubbly, stirring constantly. Add Pecans and cook until evenly coated. Bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 30 minutes and store in a tightly covered container for up to 2 weeks. *3/4 t Cayenne Pepper can be substituted for the Ancho/Habanero Powders Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
