RECIPE: Cashew Nut Curry (Vegan)

That would be very nice, but like most of Charmaine Solomon's

reciped, very expensive. I would probably use less cashews [like a

handful] and substitute seitan instead.

PS on re-reading it I see that only 250gm cashews is used which is

not overly expensive. The amounts stated are wrong. 1lb=2.2kg.
