Latke Recipes / was 2 Sides Of The Holidays

Great recipes! I guess you won't have tried them all and can't recommend - or

you'd have said, right? Okay, no prob. We'll just have to cook em all up

(siggghhh - such a pity to have to try out all these latkes! LOL)

 

I thought the Hoppin Tofu Latkes (is that what they are called?) and the Potato

and Tofu Fritters were especially interesting cuz they fit in so nicely with the

theme of this list with its 'spice'. Also, although not spicy, the idea of the

Holiday Vegetable Latkes is really intriguing. And the Broccoli and Potato

recipe that comes at or near the top of the list . . . . Thanks so much!

 

When any of you try these recipes, could you please please please report
