Guest guest Posted December 15, 2004 Report Share Posted December 15, 2004 I hope you all get a chance to try the tofu cheesecake recipe, that is, if you like cheesecake. Tofu blends into a wonderfully creamy texture that is great in soy-shakes, dips, soups, and anything that you might want a nice, natural, creamy extender for. When making onion dip, for example, I use the tofu based sour supreme, and 8-16 oz blended tofu, and one onion soup mix for a wonderful vegan dip; it's best when allowed to sit overnight in your refrigerator. Add 8- 16 oz blended tofu to any dip recipe, for a nice low-fat high protein natural additive. Organic generally tastes best, but use what you can get. I always add blended tofu to my homemade hummus, it's just so much better, and as you may know, tofu takes on the flavor whatever you mix with it.
