But I draw your attention to the following: You have been a member since October so I have a hard time thinking you believe my name to be Whoever - or that Mark goes under that nickname LOL Directions for leaving the list are given at the end of every - every - email. You can my email or by going to the website and unsubscribing there. Email is the quicker option, since sometimes has a backlog and it can take from a couple of hours to several days for you to stop receiving emails ;=( This is something that applies to all members - which is why I am responding on the list. Please don't post to the list to be removed from it, okay??? LOL Okay. It makes things untidy at best. We hope you enjoyed your time at Vegetarian Spice.
