Hello and welcome to all new members! We are pleased

to have you here ;=)

 

You will want to have a look at the Recipes in the

Files on our webpage and also check out the Links - we

are adding new ones to both all the time, of course.

(Here we only want 'tried and true' recipes, of course

- recipes you have tried yourself and found to be

good! Please post them in the first instance to the

list.)

 

Also, of course, we ask you to read carefully the

messages you were sent upon joining - it saves to much

time in the long run!

 

So please make yourselves at home - enjoy the list,

introduce yourself to the other members, and of course

join in the talk in our Vegetarian Spice virtual

'kitchen'.
