Guest guest Posted December 23, 2004 Report Share Posted December 23, 2004 i don't have a recipe for seasoning for a cheeseball, but here is my cheeseball recipe. it's not vegan, but maybe it will give you an idea of what you could do. cheeseballs 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened 1 pound cheddar cheese, grated 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce (watch out for anchoives) 1/2 onion, grated 2 fresh jalapenos, minced (optional) dash 1/2 chopped pecans combine cream cheese and cheddar. mix well until blended. add everything else, except for pecans. mix well. chill. roll mixture into several balls. roll balls in pecans. Guest guest Posted December 23, 2004 Report Share Posted December 23, 2004 My favourite cheesEball [makes 2 balls]: soften one 250GM packet cream cheese grate 250 gm sharp cheese mix with finely chopped red and green capsicum, small onion, few drops vege worcestershire, and half to one teasp of the following curry powder, cumin, coriander, black pepper, chilli powder.
