Guest guest
This is not exactly a recipe because I adjusted as I went along: I combined Tofutti (dairy free) cream cheese - the kind they carry at Whole Foods that has no trans fats - and grated vegan cheddar. I added mustard to taste to make the taste a little sharper. I sprinkled in a little of the juice from the halapenos (from a jar). This was all mixed together into a ball. The coating was a combination of chopped peanuts, chopped halpeno peppers, and Spike brand seasoning mix. I rolled the ball into this coating, wrapped it up in foil and chilled it for a few hours. I had my husband taste the coating mix by itself and he thought it was too spicy, but combined with the UNcheese it was just right. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ from Maida Citizens for Pets in Condos has a petition for you to sign to allow home owners in Florida to have pets. Thousands of senior citizens in Florida have been denied the opportunity to improve their health and well-being with pet companionship in dwellings they own. Private home ownership should allow responsible persons to keep pets. Our web site has lots of information on the health benefits of pet companionship - <http://mywebpages.comcast.net/maidawg/petpetition.htm> http://mywebpages.comcast.net/maidawg/petpetition.htm or http://tinyurl.com/6daer. People outside of Florida may also sign the petition. Remember, " A meow massages the heart. " ~ Stuart McMillan
