Guest guest Posted January 14, 2005 Report Share Posted January 14, 2005 take fresh hot peppers ( any small very hot peppers ) wash - cut into small slices - discard stem ends place in pot with peanut or non flavored oil oil should be double the amount of peppers in space heat slowly to the boil ( boil gently ) boil slowly for ten minutes ( keep heat low - do not allow oil to smoke ever ) allow to cool and bottle keeps forever LOL use sparringly where you want to add some bite - soups - sauces main dishes - burgers - salads etc. my friend Seeto taught me this recipe - he uses thia firebirds He is from Hong Kong and owns his own restaurant He learn to cook as a child so he could eat in Hong Kong His food is beyond amazing Chinese Gourmet Restaurant at the corner of Lynnhaven & Princess Anne in Virginia Beach you have to tell him no meat broth LOL Love John Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
