Guest guest
Okay - here we are and we've not got over the holidays yet and on top of that it's going to be February in another few days! <long silent scream> Okay, that feels better ;=) So what's on for February? What should we be looking for for the month? First, let's see what's on: the lunar new year- Chinese New Year - lions and dragons and all ;=) - AND of course Valentine's Day. Anything else??? ALSO - what should we be looking to for food for Vegetarian Spice in the upcoming month (or months, if anyone has more ideas!)? Over to you guys! Time for you to have your say! We can go along as usual, of course, with a 'theme' for a bit of focus to add to our usual spicy recipe list theme . . . which brings me to another query, subject of another email. (Watch this space!) Best love, Pat (greenfury2004)
Guest guest
Well, since I'm the lazy type sometimes when it comes to cooking, I'd like have some recipies for quick caseroles and such. You know, those recipies that takes little time to prepare, yet can feed a hundred people... GIna PS: I'm living in California now (as of Jan. 11) and I recenty cooked the Spicy Black Bean recipie for my roommates, and they all loved it! I have 3 roommates, all guys, so when I cook there needs to be plenty for them. Guest guest
I would especially like to see some really good vegetarian crockpot recipes. Specifically for stuff other than chili, which seems to be the " token vegetarian recipe " I most usually come across for crockpots. Guest guest
I like Beth's idea - " I was thinking something sweet (think Valentine's Day!) " That would be very appropriate. Remember the movie " Chocolat " where the secret ingredient was cayenne? I, for one, would like to see some spicy chocolate recipes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ from Maida Please sign my petition: http://www.thepetitionsite.com/takeaction/738171316
