Nope, that is the " Vegan " crockpot list, LOL. This is the Vegetarian

Crockpot list which isn't very busy...

That list is dead. It's a moderated list and nothing has been approved nor

the web site touched since November. Messages sent to the moderator have

been bouncing back as no such address, so it's also an ownerless list now. I

don't know what happened - Loss of Internet access? Illness? Death? - just

that nobody can post there anymore.

 

At least the archives are public so anybody can see what's already there.

I can recommend the list, now that it has been

already posted to this list ;=) It's active and has great recipes! I don't use

my

slowcooker as much as I should, but when I do I am really thankful for it - and

for the list which lets me find recipes that are *reliable*.

 

Btw, the link to this group could have been found in our own Links pages, in

the folder desgnated for Members' Groups - how about that! ;=)

Thanks for the note. I won't get my hopes up on that other list

anymore. Again, thanks for that Vegan Crockpot link. I wouldn't have

known about it otherwise. I'm already digging through the files!

 

I've been using my crockpot like crazy, lately. I like the idea of

gathering ingredients, chopping them up and throwing them into one

pot. ...and then, sorry folks but here it comes... " SET IT ...AND

FORGET IT " !

I help out with the moderation on that group - ya know, just kinda approve

new members and messages, nothing time consuming - and I see that

several members from here have joined ;=) I figure the more lists of this kind

that we belong to the more varied our repertoires will be - and, not to put too

fine a point on it, the better we'll eat! (Well, ideally, anyway LOL)

 

Just don't forget about us here! ;=)

Thanks to all for the links to the crockpot list(s), active or

otherwise!

 

I'd still appreciate receiving specific crockpot recipe suggestions

from the folks our group, if anyone has any that are especially

good and, of course, SPICY. Yeahhhhhhhhhhh.......
