Guest guest
LOL - my hubby's response: no thanks. Is this is a plan to loose weight by destroying your desire and ability to digest? A beverage recipe for your enjoyment... Fire Water 1 Orange or Red Habanero Pepper 1 Medium Orange 4 Cups Distilled Water Put habanero pepper in juicer. Peel orange and discard peel. Guest guest
> LOL. I haven't tried it yet, but I know someone who does.... :=) Oh that's a relief - if I thought you drank this on a regular basis I would be really wondering! LOL Btw, recipes here - all recipes - are supposed to have been tried by the person posting and you say you haven't tried this one :=( Nevertheless, I can't encourage you to try it. Nope. Can't do that. Sure sounds like a cure for something or other rather nasty though. Nope, stay safe. Pleez. LOL Best, Pat ;=)
Guest guest
WOW. HOLY CAT! That sounds really good. I don't know if I could handle it but I'd sure like to give it a try, LOL. Add a shot of vodka and you'd earn yourself a trophy. Actually, oranges and hot stuff like chillies and ginger go really really well together - I used to have a really mean sauce I used way back in my bad ol non-veg days - must see what I can do with it now - yeah ;=) Watch this space, eh? LOL Best, Pat ;=)
Guest guest
(Fire Water 1 Orange or Red Habanero Pepper 1 Medium Orange 4 Cups Distilled Water...) Actually this stuff sounds a little like my standard cold remedy - cayenne pepper and lemon in hot water with sweetener of choice. I know that cayenne, while it burns, actually has healing properties. Since habanero is red/orange rather than green or black, I wonder if it works the same way. I made a chili last week that called for chipolte pepper, but what I had was habanero. The mixture did not taste good enough to post it here, but boy was it hot. And, it didn't bother my GERD! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ from Maida.
