Helen's Spicy Millet (Vegan) /lecithin ??

Beth, I suppose you can leave out the lecithin if you don't have it.

I'm not sure how it will affect the taste. It probably makes it taste

richer. I think it tastes a little like egg yolks.

 

Helen James, up in Cardiff, Ontario, Canada (author of the recipe) is a

most excellent cook and I myself would not budge a bit from any of her

recipe instructions. I wish I had even more of her recipes.

LOOK LOOK, I CAN REPLY!!!!! Ifudgedited with the machine, got rid of something

& can nowREPLY. Oh, woooooowwwwww.

 

I had to leave out the lecithin butwill get some for teh next time I make it

which will be soon! DH's comment was " it's addicting! " I agree. YUM. Seems

abit bizarre when assembling it but it came out nice, creamy with a bitethat

wasn't overwhelming. Thanks, Maida!!
