Ooooops. That was half a pound or 225 g potatoes - not 450 g. You can use a

pound of potatoes of course, but then it becomes slow but Easy Cheezy

Cauliflower and Potato Soup ;=)

 

Sorry. I have corrected it on the copy I put in the Files.
