I haven't yet met tofu that I considered edible. I should like try this. (That is in the very unlikely event I could find it around here---in my low population, rural area, there is only one health food store which carries an extremely limited amount of vegetarian food.) Guest guest
Making tofu is very easy...i would be delighted to share the instructions with the group. there is also a soy milk machine that is incredible. 1/2 cup of soy beans and you get a quart of wonderful fresh soy milk. it also makes almond milk. the cost is about 150.00 for the machine...the neat thing is you can then make the tofu from it with minimum efffort. i hope to buy the machine..which is about the size of a coffee maker. it is friday morning here in california...raining like mad...tonight is shabbat so i bid all a peaceful shabbat (or just a good day...)......shabbat shalom from northern california!!!!
