Guest guest Posted April 18, 2005 Report Share Posted April 18, 2005 is anyone knowledgeable about pickles? i love lime pickle and have found various recipes that seem to differ in the amount of fermentation. some call for weeks of fermentation; others call for just frying after 24 hours. what's the difference? are there dangers of contamination?
