Thanks Gina! This sounds wonderful (I love making beans from

scratch). I've got a bag Goya pinto beans and black beans. The

preserves sound wonderful. Also, are you referring to the brand,

" Tabasco Sauce " ? I've never heard of roasted pepper flavor. Sounds

wonderful. I've tried their habanero, regular, chipotle and jalapeno

flavors. Thanks again.

Ahh! Thanks! I couldn't remember the name, but it's the chipotle

one....Jalapeno works good too if you want it all jalapeno....like I

said, black beans work good too (I kind of like it better than the

kidney beans, but that's all we had today)....The preserves are really

good and gave great flavor, although even without the preserves, the

other spices give it a wonderful flavor too....
