Guest guest
One red or gree capsicum (aka mild pepper) One yellow onion One red chili or habenero One large can or equivalent freshly crushed tomatoes One can or equivalent pinto or borletti beans Two tablespoons of coriander aka cilantro or equivalent freshly cut. 1. Cut the onion, chili and capsicum into near equal sizes. 2. Get other ingrediants ready. 3. Put your iron skillet or other pan on high flame. 4. Add olive oil after a minute. 5. Immediately add chili, onion, capsicum. Stir, stir, stir... 6. Turn heat down to half flame after onions brown. 7. Stir in coriander, let simmer for two minutes. 8. Stir in beans, let simmer for two minutes. 9. Stir in tomatoes, let simmer for ten minutes. Takes about 20 minutes total. If current trends continue, by the end of the century it will likely be hotter than at any point in the last two million years. Will you let the " current trends continue " ? http://profiles./swillsqueal
