If you have any regional veggie questions, like where to buy this or that product, just give me a shout. i am PT and am a lacto-ovo vegetarian. i have two omnivore children and a husband who is also omnivore and i have many recipe that we all like. Do you raise Collies? i am owned by three Jack Russell Terriers. *lol* If you like spicy you will love the recipes here on this great list. Yes, I do raise (and show) collies but I love all dogs. Oddly enough, while my dogs eat a *species specific diet* - which is to say they are pretty much carnivores - my hubby and I are looking for more meatless recipes. He just lost 80 pounds and suddenly has a huge interest in his health and I want to do everything I can to encourage that! I'm also 47, a vegan for over 23 years, a vegetarian for about 32 years, and I have done vegan cooking for mass feedings for over 6 years, in a fashion I call " gorilla " cooking, a nonviolent equivalent to " guerilla " warfare. I am housesitting with computer access that I don't always have, so it's a good time to ask me for ideas. There are lots of great recipes and food ideas that are posted here.
