Guest guest Posted July 16, 2005 Report Share Posted July 16, 2005 Tempeh is strong flavored. I have had quite good luck using it with curried vegetables. Curry seems to balance that strong flavor. Serve the curry on basmati rice and you have a wonderful meal. It is not mild like tofu, however. Guest guest Posted July 16, 2005 Report Share Posted July 16, 2005 Great idea, Kathleen! I haven't made a curry in quite awhile, and I'm getting a hankering. I think I'll include some sauteed or grilled tempeh, possibly marinated first. My favorite curries are on the spicy side and made with coconut milk and possibly a little vegetarian red curry paste.
