Guest guest Posted July 20, 2005 Report Share Posted July 20, 2005 Hi Yesterday I had a dish called Paneer Golmircha (at Nirankar in Melbourne, Australia which is a fantastic Indian if you're ever down this way) which was described as " paneer stir-fried with capsicum with chili " - it was fantastic ! I am trying to find out exactly what was in it as I understand that Golmircha is the word for Black Pepper. If anyone could shed some light, or even better, a recipe I would be grateful.
