Thanks to everyone for sharing thier advice about Asafoetida,

including safe storage!!!

 

I think I may have found a place in Buffalo that should carry it, just

had to find a smaller market. Our supermarkets tend to be very large

and carry most products but not all. We actually take our out of town

guests to visit our supermarket b/c it's so big. :-)
