Guest guest
Hi again! Okay, in my recipe post I confessed to not having EVER cooked daikon until recently - truly I hadn't - although I had eaten it. I saw some at the market the other week and bought it on impulse (and got home and said OH NO - what do I do with this???). It was sooo good that I bought more yesterday (same organic farmer). It's good because it can be easily warmed up, if there's any left over, in its own sauce, and it tastes good even if it has cooled a bit. Soooooo, now that you know I'm no longer a daikon virgin, how about the rest of you??? Anyone got any good daikon recipes???? And tell us too what new things have you recently tried - or what do you want to try???? Feeling adventurous? Let's hear it LOL The weather is cooling off and it's time to think seriously about cooking!!! luv, pat
Guest guest
Well, I bought some organic leeks at the market the other day and I have not the slightest clue on what to do with them.... Any suggestions?
