Guest guest Posted October 4, 2005 Report Share Posted October 4, 2005 For the festive meal for last night, I made vegetarian kishka (baked stuffing rolls, but in foil rather than in cow guts) from Debra Wasserman's Low Fat Jewish Vegetarian Cookbook, with Not Your Mama' (seitan) Meat Loaf and mushroom gravy from Joanne Stepaniak's Vegan Vittles cookbook.
