Guest guest
This is my version of Cajun slaw that was originally inspired by a recipe of the same name in the 'Simply Heavenly' cookbook. Cajun Cole Slaw 1/2 cup Veganaise 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard 1 Tbs. olive oil 1 Tbs. Sriracha chili sauce 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 Tbs. red wine vinegar 2 Tbs. lemon juice 1 bag cole slaw shredded cabbage mix 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced Put the mayonnaise and Dijon in a bowl. Beat together until combined. Slowly add the olive oil, whisking all the time, until the mixture is smooth and thick like the mayonnaise was. Add the chili sauce, Cajun seasoning, garlic salt, vinegar, and lemon juice. Place the cabbage mix and the jalapeno pepper in a large bowl and pour the dressing over all; toss well. This should sit at least an hour before serving; tastes even better the next day. ~ pt ~ " Each soul must meet the morning sun, the new sweet earth and the Great Silence alone!
