Guest guest Posted October 15, 2005 Report Share Posted October 15, 2005 Layered Nacho Dip 1 Can of Refried Beans (optional) 1 tub 500ml Sour Cream (that's the big one) 1 500 gram pkg Cream Cheese 1 jar Salsa, heat of your choice 1 pkg nacho cheese shreds (like Kraft) 1-2 tomatoes, chopped 1 bunch green onions, chopped 1 yellow or orange pepper, chopped Jalepeno Peppers, chopped, or from a jar, optional In a rectangular glass dish, spread the refried beans. Mix the sour cream and cream cheese with a mixer until smooth. Spread on top of beans, Spread salsa on the last layer. Sprinkle shredded cheese over salsa.
