" Accept No Imitations " as the advertisers say LOL When I started VegetarianSpice a year ago last May, I wondered truly WHY there was no list for vegetarian food that was hot and spicy - you know, in the 'Mexican' or the 'Asian' manner. I was especially interested in those, to start with, because I had spent the last 45 -50 years learning about Asian cuisine of various kinds, and, additionally, I was influenced by friends who loved Mexican food. That was a start. When I became vegetarian in the early 80s I turned to this kind of food as a wonderful way of cooking that meant I didn't 'miss' eating you-know-what. I'm thrilled and grateful that the creative members of this group have widened all our horizons, so that if there is a culture that provides wonderfully spicy vegetarian food, it is represented by someone on this list! Bravo!! And thank you all ;=) As for recent problems, they have been or will be solved - I personally don't take such nonsense lying down, never have and never will LOL Thanks for all your support.
