Wanted to post a cookbook recommendation:

" A Taste of Mexico " vegetarian cuisine by Kippy Nigh. It's very hard to find

a vegetarian cookbook with all Mexican cooking. Kippy owns a bakery in Mexico

City and a restaurant in San Cristobal de Las Casas.

The recipes in this book are delicious and full of spice.

 

As okayed by Pat the group owner. We thought it would be a nice idea to post

my group link here and she will post hers in mine. I'm Donna half group owner

of the

vegetarian-group. With the holidays coming up you might like to check our

recipe files for side dishes, soups, appetizers, etc. We have many and they

keep pouring in daily.

delightful list

with chat as well as recipes, but lots and lots of recipes. I'm a happy member

myself :=) as

are other vegetarian_spice people! Recommended!
