Guest guest Posted November 13, 2005 Report Share Posted November 13, 2005 Pumpkin Custard 1 can (16 oz( solid pack pumpkin 1 egg,slightly beaten 3 tbls. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon'1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk 1 cup sugar Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. beat together pumpkin and egg. Mix in flour, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir in evaporated milk and sugar. Beat mixture until sugar is dissolved. Pour into 8 custard cup. Place cups in a large baking dish, pour one inch of boiled water around cups in baking dish. Bake one hour or until knife iserted one inch from edge comes out clean.
