About recipes and this list:

Okay, guys, the stated theme of this list (check the webpage if you don't

believe me!) has

*always* been hot and spicy vegetarian cuisine. That hasn't changed. Sometimes,

of

course, we all have a recipe that is just too good not to pass on to *all* our

friends,

including members of this list, even though it doesn't fit the theme. Now that

makes for a

very slight problem for those who thought they had joined a 'hot and spicy'

list, right? :=)

OKAY, now we've tried asking for non-spicy recipes to be so marked - either 'not

spicy' or

OT (off the stated topic/theme of the list, but still food-related of course) -

but there

seems to be resistance to that. Fair enough. I'm not one to keep banging my head

against

a brick wall. (It hurts!) So . . .

SO I'm going to try something - marking ALL recipes. Those that are hot and

spicy will be

marked as such, and those that are not hot and spicy will be marked as being

'not spicy

hot' or some such phrase. Is that fair enoough?

THEREFORE the 'small favour' I am asking is of those who have kept carefully to

the theme

of the list - I'm asking you to mark your recipes too, if you will, so that you

can all tell

which ones you wish to read and which ones you wish to ignore. I realize it's an

imposition, but please? At least, let's see how it works??

Thanks, everyone :=) And now back to the kitchen!!!!

Best, Pat (yer intrepid leader and general dogsbody)
