(More if you like it hot) SALT To taste OPTIONAL Golden fried onion strips Method: Chop Okra into fine circular pieces. Heat oil and fry the cut Okra till somewhat crisp. Grind the grated coconut with the green chillies. Mix this paste into beaten curd with salt. Add the fried Okra. NOW READY TO SERVE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TOP WITH FRIED ONION / SPLUTTERING MUSTARD, JEERA / CORIANDER LEAVES / ETC AS PER YOUR IMAGINATION. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
