Guest guest
> I have also found Braggs to be sensational when using it in place of soy sauce. Yes, I have when needed for 'western' recipes, but not Asian, cuz the taste of soy sauce is needed in them, different kinds for different dishes. (Of course, those who dislike the taste of soy sauce . . . :=)) One sees recipes for veggie 'gravies' using soysauce, and to me that gives a slightly off taste (probably just me) whereas Braggs works for them - again for me. In western-style soups and stews? Braggs for preference - again, for me - and/or of course the requisite dab of Marmite - and/or the dollop of vegan Worcestershire sauce! Creative cooks, all of us, aren't we??? Best love, Pat
