LOL one bunch red chard, or any chard but red rocks water 1 1/2 tbs better than bouillon 1 tsp thyme 1 tsp tarragon 1 tsp grated ginger root 2 bay leaves 1/2 head of garlic chopped fine 1 medium onion chopped coarse 4 tbs soy sauce or tamari 1 tsp liquid smoke 1 tbs ground flax seed 3 tbs yeast flakes 3 tbs olive oil about a half cup of dulse ripped in inch or so pieces black pepper to taste cut chard in a slice- like way. stalks should be about an inch or less. put in a big pot. cover with water just until water is over the chard slightly. add everything else except the yeast flakes and the flax seed. Cook for about a half hour on simmer COVERED. when done add the yeast flakes and the flax it's so good, dip bread in the broth, yumz! Blessings, Chanda PS this is just so nutritious!!!
