I highly recommend the just released Moosewood " Simple Suppers "

Cookbook! I'll write a review when I get a chance...

I would like to know which book I could offer my mum as she is a meat lover to

understand how to cook vegan and low fat.....

 

and for myself a very nice quick , easy and colourful book with nice recepies

The Practical Encyclopedia of Baking by Martha Day. I have one of

her books and its absolutly fabulous.
