Guest guest
Hey everybody, especially those of you in the snow, a sprinkle of cayenne pepper in your socks/shoes will keep your feet warm. How much you need will depend on how fresh/strong your cayenne is - try at home first, walk around for 10-15 minutes and if not feeling any warmth add a little more. Too much and you won't be able to get the feet bare and in water fast enough!! Learned that the hard way! LOL White socks will have orange stained soles from this but warm feet are worth it in my book! peace, Angela who I am is fine, it's just this body that's disabled! middle age = that time of life when we realize yesterday's sex, drugs and rock and roll are todays memories, prescriptions and golden oldies!
