Hi Sherry, I have this book also. So far I've made the Pineapple Fried Rice

with Tofu on page 88.

I thought is was an outstanding recipe.

I've been meaning to post it.

Hopefully by the weekend. trying to get some holiday baking done as well as

work.

Phew! Where does the time go?
