Guest guest
Dear Friends, I am just new in vegetarian and yet to learn more.Honestly I was just forced by my children into it for my hypertention, high and uncontrolled cholesterol level and my chubby looks.Whew thanks for that am now petite, with normal cholesterol level and well controlled hypertention without the benifit of using any medicine.Stay fit and healthy be a vegetarian! For those who cant tolerate spicy and wants some kind of sauce and different aroma you can use a brownly tossed peanut or rice and grind it. Hope to know more from you friends Susan Send instant messages to your online friends http://uk.messenger.

Hi Sue - that's great news - congratulations on becoming a vegetarian *and* on getting healthy and fit as a result. > For those who cant tolerate spicy and wants some kind of sauce and different aroma you can use a brownly tossed peanut or rice and grind it. Peanut sauce is good. But hey, people know when they join that this is a *hot* and spicy recipe group, don't they? So they would all presumably want the spicy dishes? However, there's no accounting for folk, eh? LOL About your sauce - is ground rice or peanuts to add to an otherwise unspiced vegetarian gravy? You can often use peanut butter to add to a sauce for those that ask for ground or chopped peanuts too. Thanks for the hint! Best, Pat
