My answers are as follows: The Questionnaire (all questions are optional): 1) What is your name or what would you like to be called? Maynard S. Clark 2) How old are you (roughly)? -- old enough to know better; old enough to be vegan 3) Where do you live (Boston MA are)? 4) How long have you been a vegetarian/vegan? over half my life 5) What is your favourite (vegetarian) food or meal? " fruit in the hand " when hiking, camping, or backpacking organic brown rice with my deftly-added spices, beans, vegetables, etc. 6) Why did you join the group? I forget 7) Is there anything specific you want to get out of the group? Actually, I'd like to meet a subset from Boston who would like to join my Boston-Vegetarian-Cooking-Club (AT) Groups (DOT) com and get together for " cook-overs " for a day or an afternoon. 8) Tell us a few of your favourite things. organizing vegetarian events - I started BOTH the Boston Vegetarian Society AND its Boston VEgetarian Food Festival (though I'm not on the Board or planning committee of either, any more. the local Vegan and Vegetarian meetups http://Vegan.Meetup.com/23/ and http://Vegetarian.Meetup.com/27/ my two jobs - I have two jobs: Harvard Medical School www.HMS.Harvard.edu/dsm/ and the Tape Transcription Center www.TTCTranscriptions.com - both in Boston.
