I've been looking for a recipe for this - there was something similar (except not so finely grated) in a wonderful salad I had a couple of years ago! It lacked the avocado, though. What I want to ask is about the 'curry chutney' - you say: > *curry chutney* 1/2 cup yellow or golden curry > 1/2 cup sun dried lime (grind) Do you mean yellow curry paste? They come, of course, in different strengths, depending on brand. Could you tell me what brand you use? Otherwise, I'll just have to experiment! Thanks a bunch!
