I note the kind suggestion for egg substitute for those who don't use egg for

health or

ethical reasons. Many thanks!

 

BUT I wonder if any member knows if there is a brand of wonton skins/potsticker

wrappers which would be suitable for those who do not use egg. I have searched,

but

there is egg in the ones I have found in shops or heard of or read about on the

net.

 

In the days when I used not to worry about such things, I used to buy several

packages of

these and kept them in the freezer - perfect for use each time! But that was a

long time

ago, and I do care now what's in them. I won't buy wonton skins or potsticker

wrappers

now because of the egg. Can anyone make a (polite) suggestion????
