The main advantage is that when it is digesting is that the size of the particles that are digested are smaller in goat's milk than in cow's milk and thus digest easier. and so people generally tend to have less reaction to goat's milk. GB I I think it is indisputable that goat's milk products are generally easier to digest. And for that reason they are often used for children. Taste good too, as I recall (haven't had any in a while) - an added bonus :-) However, there's only slightly less lactose in goat's milk than cow's milk, not enough to make a noticeable difference.
