Guest guest
Here we begin a new series on the Vegetarian Spice list - a 'Spice of the Month' - and to start it off we honour that wonderful New World spice which was the inspiration for Vegetarian Spice: the chile! Fresh or smoked or dried or pickled or crushed or gound to a powder, chiles would probably be the choice of nearly all members of this list for adding heat to their favourite recipes. So lets hear from you! Tell us what kinds of chiles you like to use - and why - and what you like to use them in! And oh yes, don't forget to send us some more of your favourite recipes using CHILES!
