Guest guest
Dear Vlad, On the emotional side of things I really do recommend Emotional Freedom Technique www.emofree.com This is an immense website with lots of help. Gary Craig is very nice and will try to help or put you in touch with a local EMF prcactictioner. Moast of the work however in this technique is done by yourself. The web page at first does not look very professional but please give it a chance. I am 80% raw from may last year and 100% since October last year, I do not think that I would have lasted this long without their help. Depression was my main problem but I did not have suicidal tendancies. Browse through the web site for relevant and non-relevant issues, you will be surprised how some of the non-relevant issues can actually relate. I purchased the course from him but you can download the basics from http://www.emofree.com/tutorial.htm I hope you have look and that it helps. Take care Seán McFadden
Guest guest
>Counter top pressure cooker???? Tell me more. What brand? Twi, Sure. I have a Farberware programmable pressure cooker. I'd had a stove top version before I bought this one, but I didn't like the stove top one. It was way too much work to use, plus I had these little, unfounded doubts about safety (from all the horror stories I'd heard). But I really wanted a pressure cooker, especially after reading Lorna Sass' cookbook Vegetarian Cooking Under Pressure (risoto in under 10 minutes with no stiring). Several years ago, I was walking through Costco and there it was on the shelf. It was definitely an impulse buy, since even though I'd been hemming and hawing about getting a pressure cooker for a while, I hadn't been planning on buying one that day. I can't tell you how happy I am that I got it! I found the specs for my machine on Amazon.com, although it's out of stock. I bought mine (4 qt model, although I mostly only cook for myself - it handles cooking up a full 16 oz bag of dried beans with a little room to spare, to give you an idea of volume) about 4 years ago I'd say, and I've luckily never had any problems with it. I don't do lentils in it because they cook so quickly on the stove, and I have read about a lot of people clogging up their pressure cookers while cooking lentils (I add about 0.5-1 tsp of oil to the dried beans to keep foaming down and keep any loose skins from clogging the valve). Here's the Amazon link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00004R94H/102-6860490-1180920?v=glance & n=28450\ 7 I live in an apartment where kitchen counter space is at a premium, and this puppy almost never gets put away. Eleanor Messenger with Voice. PC-to-Phone calls for ridiculously low rates.
