Maida It's GERD not GIRD

GERD gastro esophagus reflux disease, and peppermint is not good for

this condition. Peppermint is used to settle the stomach and aid in

digestion but at the same time it will relax the sphincter muscle and

cause you to feel worse and more gastric juices release up past the

muscle.
