Guest guest
Here's a recipe offered to us by saedric last year: Fire Roasted Salsa 8 Plum Tomatoes 2 Habanero Chilies 1/4 Cup Red Onion 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped 1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice 2 T Olive Oil 1 t Salt 1/2 t Freshly Ground Black Pepper Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise and core them. In a large bowl combine and toss tomatoes, olive oil, black pepper, and 1/4 t salt. Cook tomatoes and Habaneros by direct grilling method on outdoor grill over medium heat until charred, turning once (about 5-6 minutes per side). Transfer to cutting board. Chop tomatoes and finely chop Habaneros. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, Habaneros and all remaining ingredients. Can be served immediately or refrigerated.
